RESERVING YOUR DATE

To secure a date, we require a signed Contract and 25% deposit of total services (non-refundable and non-transferable).  All bookings are made on a "first-come-first-served" basis. We do not hold any wedding date, even pending a trial, without a Contract and deposit in place.

BRIDAL TRIALS

We invite you to our Studio for a trial - by appointment only. There is plenty of free parking in the lot. Each trial may take less than, or last longer than the 1 hour time slot, but is not to exceed 90 minutes.  If we are unable to achieve the look you desire after 90 minutes, we can either schedule another trial with you, or you may opt for another Artist, if available, (re-booking fees apply for either option). 

Bridal Trials are an optional service and must be paid in advance, by Venmo, cash, check or credit card. The payment must be received and clear prior to the trial date.  If you cancel/re-schedule, miss your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late (without 24 hours minimum notice from the start of your scheduled time), you will forfeit your trial payment/ and appointment.  If you choose to book another trial, you will be charged another trial fee - same policies apply to all re-bookings.  

We strongly encourage using your Bridal Trial ONLY for its intended use - as a preview of your wedding day look.  Should you choose to use your Bridal Trial for any other purpose (including engagement pictures), you will still be responsible for payment regardless of weather conditions, etc., should you need to cancel/reschedule without 24 hours minimum notice from your appointment time. 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your event date at any time (in writing), however, any deposits/payments made will be forfeited (no exceptions). If you cancel your event date 30 days or less from the event date on your Contract, you are still responsible for the entire balance of payment, due by event date on your Contract. The person who has signed the Contract is the only person authorized to submit a change. A cancellation fee of $300 will be charged if you cancel your wedding day services at any time after we receive your signed Contract and deposit, up to and including 30 days before your contracted wedding date.
 

ADJUSTMENTS

DECREASING NUMBERS
Should any party member cancel or miss their hair/makeup service or if you wish to decrease the total number of people receiving hair or makeup services at any time after we receive your signed Contract & deposit, you will still be responsible to pay the entire balance as listed on your Contract – with no refund. No exceptions.

You may not decrease the total numbers from one service area in exchange for the other. We do not allow swapping of services. The total count of people receiving hair and/or makeup services on the Contract is not transferable from one service area to the other. If you wish to add additional people to either service area after we receive your signed Contract/deposit, submit a request in writing to Flawless Finish Artistry, LLC so we can confirm if the request can be accommodated.

ADDING ON
Add-ons are considered an increase to each service count, an additional service and an additional fee to be added to the current balance – due on the day of the event.
